Martin qualifies as International Umpire

Congratulations to Steve Martin who has recently qualified as an International Umpire.  Steve has played table tennis in Guernsey for many years and has more recently worked towards his umpiring qualifications, culminating in the IU exam in April.  Steve brings the number of active international umpires in Guernsey to 15.
