Slip against bottom team costs juniors the title
Despite beating the champions Woodfield, Guernsey's British League juniors boys' team had to settle for the runners-up spot in their annual campaign on the national stage. The trio of Josh and Lawrence Stacey, plus Alex Robinson, beat Woodfield in the final match of the second and concluding weekend of the British League Division 3B in Aldersley, but paid for a lack of concentration elsewhere.
