Dawn Morgan is playing the best table tennis of her life. It's some years since Alice Loveridge came along to knock the 18-times island singles champion off her perch, but that demotion in the rankings has done nothing to diminish her enthusiasm for the sport she was born into. At 50, her game is in fine fettle and having produced some fine displays at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games, including demolishing the Scottish international Corinna Whitaker in straight sets, she returned to the country making all the UK news ahead of tomorrow's big referendum, and won two medals at the Six Nations Veterans Championships in Perth.
