Division 1 

Defending champions Lions A have successfully reclaimed their title with 5 games to spare after their 4-1 win over 4th placed side Whistlers B. Joshua Butler (Pictured) maintained his form with another 2 impressive wins. He started off with a 6 game win over Lawrence Stacey before seeing off twin Joshua in 5 games. Garry Dodd added a 7 game win over Josh, however he lost to Lawrence in 6 games. The champions won the doubles clash in straight games.

Whistlers C moved into 2nd courtesy of a 5-0 whitewash over an under strength Lions B side, missing Phil Ogier. Alex Robinson and Dawn Morgan both defeated Jez Powell and 2nd division reserve Martin Sarre in singles competition before combining to win the doubles in 6 games.

Whistlers A got the better of Ravenscroft Panthers B 3-2 in a hard fought contest. Mark Pipet and Phil Hunkin each defeated Matt Stubbington in 5 games, however neither was able to come out on top against Carmen Aniceto, who defeated Hunkin in 6 games and Pipet in straight games. The decisive doubles fixture was a humdinger which went the way of the Whistlers pair in 7 games after the first 4 ends had been shared by matching scores of 12-10.

Division 2

Whistlers E remain 5 points clear after beating Lions F 8-2. Despite the defeat, Chloe Le Tissier stole the show with impressive wins over Kay Chivers and Keith Opie. She came extremely close to getting a result out of Ben Foss, however her 2-0 lead was pegged back before she lost out 15-13 in the decider. Chivers, Opie and Foss all defeated reserve Peter Powell in singles competition. The doubles was won by the team of Chivers and Opie in 4 games.

Division 3

St Pauls B's lead at the top was cut to 4 points after they dropped points for the 2nd consecutive week, this time a 7-3 loss was inflicted by their nearest title challengers, Whistlers J. Becks O'Keefe and junior Joseph Bourgaize did the damage with 3 big wins each over the strong St Pauls B team of John Wills, Derek Carter and Brian Le Cras. Another junior, Ryan Gilson, also earned a notable scalp with his 4 game win over Carter, a sign of his continued improvement this season. Wills and Le Cras won the doubles against the juniors in 4 games to add to their tally on top of Le Cras and Wills's wins over Gilson.

Division 4

Whistlers L held on to their single point lead after defeating their O side 8-2. Stuart Sarre and Tom De La Rue waded in with wins over Tom Hagerich, Dan Collenette and Michelle Gilson. Darren Sarre added wins over Collenette and Gilson, but fell to a 5 game defeat by Hagerich. Hagerich tasted further success during the doubles clash when he teamed with Collenette to beat the pairing of De La Rue and Darren in 4 games
