A place to be proud of: Matthew Syed, keynote speaker at last Friday night's big Sports Commission Coaching Conference, popped along to the Guernsey Table Tennis Centre yesterday where he reacquainted himself with the sport which took him to two Olympic Games and brought him two Commonwealth Games tides. Hisverdict on the centre: 'It's magnificent ... it took my breath away.'
